Думаю, все владельцы хоть каких нибудь е-мейлов не раз получали письма разнообразных “вдов невинноубиенных африканских царьков” жаждущих отдать нагрбленные миллиарды (ака “нигерийские письма счастья” )
Но сегодня мейл принес письмо :

С одной стороны радует , что в далекой Нигерии ( или чуть более близкой Молдавии судя по домену) знают о Герое России А.Кадырове..
Однако обидно, что оценили его так скромно - всего в 12 млн USD.. Вдовы приличных царьков типа Мобуту о существовании сумм меньше 1 млрд USD просто не подозревают
